Donna is a fluent and experienced speaker, with over one hundred public
appearances all around the world. Here are some of her recent and forthcoming
appearances:
2010
Sept 28th: Donna will be appearing on BBC Radio 4 'Woman's hour' to discuss the question of 'It's my body, and I'll do what I like with it.'
November 9th: Donna will be giving a major talk, 'Why we all have female bodies now', at the University of Bristol, Banton Lecture Theatre, 7:30 pm.
Aug 25th: The BBC Radio 4 programme 'Thinking Allowed' featured Donna as an interviewee, with Laurie Taylor as the interviewer.
May: Donna took part in a panel discussion and play called 'Interior Traces', on genetics and personal identity, at the Balliol College Theatre, Oxford.
2009
July 9th: Donna was a key speaker at the International Society for Stem Cell Research in Barcelona, on the subject 'Good science and good ethics: why we should discourage payment for eggs in stem cell research.' Her talk was later published as an article in Nature Reviews Genetics.
April 2nd: Donna spoke again at the Oxford Literary Festival, on a panel with Susie Orbach and Raymond Tallis.
May 6th: Donna appeared as a guest on the BBC Radio 3 programme 'Nightwaves', in an interview with Anne McElvoy.
